DCPrime has produced GMP master and working cell banks of the DCOne progenitor cells, and is currently in the process of producing the clinical trial materials of their first DCOne-based product to treat acute myeloid leukaemia (AML). Moreover, DCPrime has obtained approval from the Dutch competent authority and acting ethics committee, the CCMO, to start the first clinical study in AML. Completion of this study will constitute an important milestone. In parallel, a second DCOne-based product is being developed in which the DCOne cells are loaded with specific Tumor Associated Antigens and made ready for clinical testing in a second cancer indication.
